Privacy Policy

Ringcode Limited · last updated 26 August 2026

Who we are

Ringcode Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong. We build and operate our own portfolio of consumer web applications. This policy covers this website and the applications we operate.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use one of our applications, we collect the email address and first name you submit, and the answers you give in our questionnaires, so that we can build and deliver your personalised program.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; we keep a record of the transaction, its amount and its status.
  • Usage information. Pages viewed, steps completed, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the advertising parameters present in the link you arrived from.

How we use it

  • To deliver the program or service you signed up for, and to give you access to it.
  • To send you messages about your account, your program and, where you have not opted out, related offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To measure how our own advertising performs, so we know which campaigns bring people who find our products useful.
  • To keep our services working, secure, and free of abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — audience measurement and advertising performance
  • Resend — sending transactional and marketing email
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security and email routing
  • Supabase — database hosting

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, to remember where you are in a questionnaire, and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of our services may then stop working as intended.

Google user data

Our internal tools connect to Google Ads using the Google Ads API, in order to manage our own advertising accounts. Through that connection we access only our own campaign, keyword and performance data. We do not access, request or store the Google account data of any other person or organisation, we do not use this access to serve any third party, and we do not transfer Google user data to anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists, and after that for as long as we need it to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will tell you by email.
