These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and of the applications operated by Ringcode Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. By using our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

What we provide

We provide digital fitness and wellness programs, delivered as web applications. The content is general information and guidance. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace consulting a doctor or a qualified health professional. Speak to a professional before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a medical condition. You take part at your own risk.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your access link and credentials confidential, and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

• Prices, billing periods and any introductory offer are shown to you before you pay. An introductory price applies to the first billing period only; the subscription then renews at the standard price for that plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or write to [email protected].
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your purchase, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will look at it and, where the complaint is justified, refund you. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep the statutory rights that apply to them.

Using our content

The programs, videos, text and design are owned by Ringcode Limited or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them. Please do not copy, resell, publish or share them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the services available and accurate, but we provide them “as is” and cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. You can stop using the services at any time.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and significant changes will be notified by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
